Thank you for allowing us to help your cats. Below are some important forms. Please print, fill out, and bring one Purple Cat Surgical Consent Form per cat with you to your appointment. Also, read through the Before And After Surgery Instructions. If you have questions after booking your appointment, please text the number found in your order receipt email.

We accept CASH or CERTIFIED CHECK ONLY. Payment is due at the time of check-in.
2023 Prices:
- Pet Spay: $85
- Pet Neuter: $70
- Rabies vaccine: $20
- Distemper $15 (If possible, it’s best for your cat to receive the first distemper vaccine at least two weeks prior to your appointment.)
- Farm/Feral/Colony cat: $65 (includes both vaccines and MANDATORY ear tip)
- Ear mite treatment $10
- Flea treatment $10
- Nail trim $5
PREGNANT CATS: 3rd Trimester Pregnant cat: High risk for complications. We do not recommend surgery. There will be a $20 fee for all third-trimester cats coming in for spay surgery. All other pregnant cats will have a $10-$20 fee added at the time of surgery.
