Purple Cat is currently offering spay/neuter appointments in Baldwin and Eau Claire ONLY. Please do not use this form to ask when we will have appointments at any of our previous locations. If the situation changes and we can add other clinics to the list, we certainly will. BUT, at this time, the two locations listed above are the ONLY locations served by Purple Cat Mobile Vet Clinic.
Please do not use this form to try to book appointments. Use our ONLINE scheduling system to request appointment dates. Use this form if you have questions prior to or after booking your appointment with Purple Cat. Once you have booked an appointment, you will also receive a phone number to text with questions via email.
Please do not use this form to ask when we will be in a certain location next. Dr. Angie works to provide as many options as possible and often doesn’t know where or when she will be until it’s locked and added to the online appointments.
When referring to an appointment, please include the name the appointment was made under, the clinic location, and the appointment date. We offer more than 100 appointments each week, so we need as much information as possible to find yours.
Also, please check our FAQs page first to see if your question has been answered there. We are extremely busy and have MOST of the answers to your questions located on our FAQs page for that reason. If it is not on the FAQs page, please fill out the following form.
Questions that are answered on our FAQs page include, but are not limited to:
- How much?
- How old?
- Do you do shots?
- Copy of records?
- How soon after giving birth?
- What if the cat’s in heat?
- What if the cat’s pregnant?
While we try to answer questions as timely as possible, many of our volunteers work other jobs and have families and sometimes cannot answer messages immediately. We will get back to you as soon as we can with an answer to your question.
