Please do not use this form to try to book appointments. Use our ONLINE scheduling system to request appointment dates. Use this form if you have questions prior to or after booking your appointment with Purple Cat. Once you have booked an appointment, you will also receive a phone number to text with questions via email.

When referring to an appointment, please include the name the appointment was made under, the clinic location, and the appointment date. We offer more than 150 appointments each week, so we need as much information as possible to find yours.

Also, please check our FAQs page first to see if your question has been answered there.  We are extremely busy and have MOST of the answers to your questions located on our FAQs page for that reason. If it is not on the FAQs page, please fill out the following form.

Questions that are answered on our FAQs page include, but are not limited to:

  • How much?
  • Where?

  • Do you do shots?
  • Copy of records?
  • How soon after giving birth?
  • What if the cat’s in heat?

While we try to answer questions as timely as possible, many of our volunteers work other jobs and have families and sometimes cannot answer messages immediately.  We will get back to you as soon as we can with an answer to your question.
