You must complete an order/appointment request for each cat you want to have neutered or spayed. We do not have scheduling options for multiples available at this time.

- Select the service AND date you prefer..
- If desired, add the FVRCP and/or Rabies vaccine. Purple Cat only vaccinates cats receiving surgery at this time.

- Confirm your date on the calendar. If the date you have selected is not available (full) you will not be able to click on that date on the calendar. We ask that you scroll down to complete the wait list form. PLEASE HAVE THE DATE OF SERVICE MATCH THE DATE YOU TRIED TO BOOK!
- The time listed is the DROP-OFF time. You will need to drop off your cat in the one-hour window provided. You will receive a text message when your cat is ready to return home.

- Confirm your cart and proceed to checkout.
- There is a $1 non-refundable surcharge added to all orders to cover processing fees.

- Enter your billing details. *Purple Cat requires a $20 non-refundable deposit and $1 processing fee paid at the time you book your appointment. PLEASE NOTE PAYMENT OPTIONS AT THE TOP OF THE CHECKOUT PAGE!

- You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment.
- Please print out the Before Surgery, After Surgery, and Surgical Consent Forms. The surgical consent form should be brought with you to your appointment along with any balance due. One form completed per cat.
